LogEZ

Waitlist notice

Last updated 18 October 2026

This explains what happens to your email address when you join the LogEZ waitlist on this website. The LogEZ app itself works differently: it collects nothing. See the app privacy policy.

Who we are

Enil (Linus William Tabanao), an independent developer in the Philippines, makes LogEZ and runs this list. Contact: support@logezapp.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address.
  • Your answers to the two optional questions: which phone you use, and whether you would like to test early.
  • The date and time you joined, and a short label for the link you came from (for example "ig" for Instagram), if the link had one.

We do not store your IP address, your device, or cookies for this list.

Why

  • To send you one email when LogEZ is available, and a short update now and then if there is real news.
  • To count how many people are waiting, which is the number you may see on the waitlist page.
  • If you tick the early-tester box, to contact you about testing the app.

We use your address only for this. We never sell or share it.

Confirming your email

After you join we email you a link. Your address counts, and we write to you, only after you open that link.

Who handles it for us

  • Google: the list is kept in a private Google Sheet, and the confirmation emails are sent through the Google account that owns it.
  • Cloudflare: hosts this website and runs the check that you are a person (Turnstile). To do that it sees your IP address and basic browser details while you use the form. The check loads only on the waitlist page.

How long we keep it

Until three months after LogEZ is released, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep your address marked as unsubscribed so that nothing is sent by mistake; write to us and we will delete the row completely.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe with the link in any email from us.
  • Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, by writing to the address above. We answer within 7 days.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything done before.

If you are in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you these rights, and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission. In the European Union, the GDPR does.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes too.
