Everything in LogEZ.
One log for lifting, Timed workouts and outdoor activity, kept on your phone. This is the whole list, and the short list of what LogEZ leaves out on purpose.
Logging
Fast enough to use between sets.
- Start your way. From a routine, a recent workout, a copy of a past one, or empty.
- One exercise at a time. The open exercise shows its sets, the rest fold into rows, and a live strip keeps elapsed time, sets, volume and records in view.
- One-tap sets. Your previous weight and reps sit beside each set, and a tap copies them in.
- Four set types. Normal, warm-up, failure and drop sets.
- Supersets. Drawn as one group, one member open at a time, with the next member shown as up next.
- Effort. Track nothing, RPE (6 to 10) or RIR, as you prefer.
- Records as they happen. A PR chip on the set and a live count, with an optional banner.
- Rest timers. A pill under the list with a panel for minus 15, plus 15 and Skip, and lock-screen controls on Android.
- Tools. A plate calculator with your own bar and plates, a warm-up calculator, a stopwatch and quick-entry shortcuts above the keyboard.
- Change it mid-workout. Add, remove, reorder or swap exercises, add notes, pause, and log a session for an earlier date.

Save Workout
Check it, then keep it.
- A page, not a form. After Finish you see what kind of session it was, its date and an editable title. Tap the date to backdate it.
- Your figures. Volume, sets, reps and duration, worked out the way the summary will.
- New records. A gold strip names the exercises that set records so far.
- Unticked sets. A heads-up says they will not be saved, with a way back to review them.
- The exercises. Each exercise with its best set, and a trophy on the ones that set a record.
- Routine changes. If you started from a routine, a card lists the targets that would change and lets you switch the update off.
- Timed and outdoor sessions. A Timed workout shows its score and round times. A walk, run or ride shows its route, pace and splits.
- Discard. Pinned beside Save, and it asks first.

Routines and plans
Begin with a program, or build your own.
- Premade plans. Eight ready-made plans for adults 18 and over, filtered by equipment, days, type and time per session. Add one and it becomes a folder you can change.
- Your own routines. Unlimited routines and folders, with a target for each set: weight, exact reps or a range, time or distance.
- A page for every routine. A lime Start tile with the totals and a muscle card. Tap an exercise and the muscles it works light up.
- Update from your workout. After a workout you can write what you really lifted back into the routine. You choose each time.
- Save a past workout as a routine. And copy any workout to start it again.

Timed workouts
A clock, a score and a record of both.
- Five formats. AMRAP, EMOM, intervals, for time, and rounds at your own pace.
- A builder that explains itself. Each format has a plan card, a schedule strip and short explainers.
- A page for a Timed routine. The clock card, the schedule and a Start bar, so you see the whole session before you begin.
- Live clocks. A big countdown, +1 ROUND for an AMRAP, a strip of minutes for an EMOM, a split per exercise for a for-time, with Pause, Skip and Finish early.
- Tones, vibration and a notification. The clock keeps going with the screen locked and comes back after the app is closed.
- Spoken cues, if you want them. A voice counts the last seconds and says what is next, in one of two voices, and four buzzer sets change the tones.
- A score. Round times, totals for each exercise and the last time you did the same clock, kept in your history and your backups.

Exercises
More than 400, and yours.
- The library. 405 exercises, browsed by muscle (Upper, Core and Lower) or by type, searchable and filterable, with a level on each.
- Your own. Add custom exercises as many as you like, with a photo and notes.
- Per exercise. History, charts, personal records and the muscles it works.
- Guides. Steps, cues and common mistakes for the most-used exercises, in our own words, with alternatives that are easier, a swap or harder. Open one from the logger in the middle of a workout.
- Levels. LogEZ's own rating of how hard a movement is to do well, from its technique, stability and prerequisites.
- Progress. A chart and your records for each exercise, worked out from your own sets.

Progress
Real numbers, no exaggeration.
- Statistics. Workouts, time, volume and sets over 30 days, 3 months, a year or all time.
- Muscles. Your sets by muscle, on a body diagram and on a balance wheel.
- Personal records. Nine kinds for lifting, with a trophy on the workout that set them.
- Calendar. By week, month and year, with a tap on any day to see its workouts.
- Streaks and achievements. Day and week streaks, and 40 achievements, each with its own badge, that you unlock as you go.
- Monthly report. A look back at the month: workouts, time, volume and records.

0 of 16 shown unlocked, 40 in the app
Outdoors
Nine activities, one log.
- Run, walk, hike, trek, trail run, road cycling, off-road cycling, inline skating and rowing. Each reads the way it should: pace for a run, speed for a ride, climb for a hike.
- The whole session. A live screen with a map, then the route, distance, time, pace or speed, splits, elevation and pauses.
- Records. Fastest times over set distances, longest distance and time, and the most climbing.
- Heart rate, if you want it. Read from Health Connect on Android. Many watches send it a little after you finish.
- Works without signal. Your route is recorded either way. The map picture behind it loads when you are online.

Body and everyday
The rest of the picture.
- Body measurements. Weight, body fat, lean mass and 14 circumference measurements, with entries for any date and a chart for each.
- Check-ins. Several a day, each with its own numbers, a note, several photos and a 30-second silent video.
- One camera. Flip with a swipe or a button, set a timer, and see your last photo as a faint outline to line up the next.
- Compare. Pick any two check-ins and view them full screen, using each one's main photo or an angle.
- Private. Photos and video stay on your phone, and a backup can leave the videos out.
- Steps, calories and heart rate. Optional, read from Health Connect on Android, one permission at a time.

Sharing
Make it look like yours.
- A Share screen. Pick a layout, a background and what to show over a live preview, then save the image to your phone or send it through the share sheet.
- Twenty layouts. Posters on a plain colour and overlays on a photo, from one big number to a route, a streak or a log of every set.
- Backgrounds. Dark, Lime or Light with five patterns, your own photo from the gallery or the camera, or a transparent Clear that works as a sticker.
- Yours to adjust. Move and resize the graphics and the photo, choose Left, Center or Right text, white or black text over a photo, and a white or black logo.
- Private. The image is made on your phone and saved there. LogEZ uploads nothing.

Look and widgets
Make it yours.
- Five colour schemes. Lime, Sky blue, Pink, Emerald and Violet, each in light and dark, or following your phone, with a preview before you apply.
- Widgets. Weekly progress shows your days and your streak. Quick start opens a workout, Outdoors or your routines. Android only.
- Units. Kilograms or pounds, kilometres or miles, with a different unit for any one exercise.

Your data
It is yours to keep or take.
- Export. CSV files of your workouts and measurements.
- Backup and restore. A single file with everything in it, including photos, that you can restore on another phone.
- Delete. Remove your Health Connect data or everything LogEZ holds, from Settings.
What LogEZ leaves out
On purpose.
LogEZ is a private log, not a platform. It has:
- No account or sign-in
- No cloud sync, and no server that holds your history
- No ads and no analytics
- No social feed, followers or leaderboards
- No AI coach
- No import from other apps. Your log starts fresh and stays yours.
